Clay Table for SEO Marketing Agency

An SEO agency serving contractors needed a smarter way to identify and reach their ideal prospects. I built a Clay automation that scraped Google for landscaping contractors across hundreds of cities, enriching every lead with their website, phone number, and both personal and business email.

From there, I piped each city keyword — "landscapers in {city}" — through the Serper.dev API to pull live Google search rankings. GPT then analyzed the JSON response to identify the client's exact rank position and surface the top-ranking competitor sitting above them in the SERP.

The result: a fully enriched table of 1,191 targeted leads with built-in SEO intel — ready to fuel a hyper-personalized cold outreach campaign that referenced each prospect's actual ranking gap.

Cold Email for Beverage Brand

A beverage brand wanted to reach liquor stores across the US. I scraped the top 100 cities on Google, built a targeted list of buyers, and launched a cold email campaign that generated real wholesale conversations.

Over Jan–Feb, the campaign sent 4,351 emails and produced a 6.18% reply rate (269 replies). Of those, 29.37% were positive replies — generating 79 wholesale opportunities from a standing start.

A CRM consulting company wanted to reach businesses already using Zoho. I used BuiltWith to scrape a list of every Zoho user in the US, enriched their contact emails, and launched a targeted cold email campaign.

The campaign sent 2,363 emails and generated a 1.99% reply rate (47 replies). Of those, an exceptional 61.7% were positive replies — 29 opportunities from decision-makers already invested in the exact product being sold.
